I am originally from Milledgeville and graduated from Baldwin High School. I received an Associates Degree in General Studies from Georgia Military College and Bachelors Degree in Biology from Georgia College. I later got my masters degree when Georgia College became Georgia College and State University. I am starting my 19th year as a Perry panther and my 26th year in education. I previously taught in Bibb County. In my free time,  I enjoy crafts, fishing, and hunting.
