Bio

Mrs. Rogers graduated from the University of Georgia with her B.S. in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She then earned her M.Ed. in Speech-Language Pathology from the State University of West Georgia and her Ed.S. in Teacher Leadership from Nova Southeastern University. She is currently attending Piedmont University, where she is completing her certificate in School Counseling.

Alicia brings over 17 years of experience in education as a dedicated speech-language pathologist before transitioning into school counseling. Her background has equipped her with a deep understanding of student needs, from academic challenges to social-emotional growth.  She is passionate about creating a supportive and inclusive environment where every student feels seen, heard, and valued.
