Dr. Arthur Billings is a 1993 graduate of Perry High School and is excited to begin his 5th year as an administrator at his Alma Mater. He received his Bachelor’s degree from Fort Valley State University, Master’s Degree from Cambridge College, and Specialist/Doctorate of Educational Leadership degrees from Nova Southeastern University.
Dr. Billings has taught, coached and served as an assistant principal in Houston County for 21 years. He began his journey teaching 4thgrade at Westside Elementary while coaching Football/Basketball at Tabor Middle School. He also taught Social Science at Bert Rumble Middle School while coaching Varsity Football at Perry High School.
Dr. Billings has been married to his wife Catina for 18 years who is also a graduate of Perry High School. They are the proud parents of their daughter, Chelsea, who is a junior at Perry High School.
