Deidre Williams is a proud native of Perry, Georgia and proud alumni of Perry High School.  After graduating from Perry High School in 1992, Williams was awarded an athletic scholarship to play basketball for Valdosta State University.  During her time at Valdosta State, she earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Secondary Education with an emphasis in English.  Immediately following her college graduation, Williams began her teaching career at Valdosta High School.  During her time there, she taught 9th and 10th grade English Language Arts and coached girl's basketball and track.  In 2005, Williams returned home to work here at her high school Alma mater where she currently teaches 9th and 10th Grade English Language Arts.
