I am excited to begin my 17th year as an English teacher. I began my career in 2007 at Weaver Middle School as an English Language Arts teacher and joined PHS in 2013. I hold a Bachelor of Arts from Mercer University and a Master of Education from Georgia College and State University.

I currently teach 9th Grade Honors English, 9th Grade English, and Journalism I, II, and III. I also serve as the yearbook adviser and the gifted lead teacher.

I am married to Brett , an engineer on Robins AFB, and we have two boys, Sam and Cal.
