
Bio
Dr. Tyler Rodgers, a 2009 graduate of Perry High School, is excited to begin his first year as an Assistant Principal and Athletic Director at his alma mater. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Georgia Southwestern State University, a master’s and specialist degree from Piedmont College, and a doctorate from Liberty University.
Prior to joining the administration in 2025, Dr. Rodgers taught history for 10 years and is currently teaching Health. During his time at Perry High School, he has coached a variety of sports, including serving as a varsity football coach for 10 years, head and assistant golf coach for 11 years, and head and assistant girls’ basketball coach for 4 years.
Dr. Rodgers has been married to his wife, Cally, for 8 years. They are the proud parents of three children: Everleigh, Adley, and Beckett.
