Dr. Tyler Rodgers, a 2009 graduate of Perry High School, is proud to begin his 13th year in education at his alma mater. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Georgia Southwestern State University, his master’s and specialist degrees from Piedmont College, and his doctorate from Liberty University.

Before joining the administrative team in 2025, Dr. Rodgers taught history for 10 years and later taught health. Throughout his career at Perry High School, he has coached several sports, including varsity football for 10 years, golf for 11 years, and girls basketball for four years. He has also served as the varsity wide receivers coach and head golf coach.

Dr. Rodgers has been married to his wife, Cally, for nine years. They are the proud parents of three children: Everleigh, Adley, and Beckett.
