Coach Rodgers is a 2009 graduate of Perry High School and is excited to begin his 7th year as a teacher and coach at his Alma Mater. He received his Bachelor’s degree from Georgia Southwestern State University, Master’s and Specialist Degree from Piedmont College.
Coach Rodgers has taught all social studies subjects while he has been at Perry High School. He has taught Economics, U.S. History, World History, American Government, and U.S. World and Affairs. He has also coached a variety of sports while at Perry High School. He has been a varsity football coach for 6 years, Head/Assistant golf coach for 7 years, and Head/Assistant Girls Basketball Coach for 4 years. He is currently the Varsity Wide Receivers coach for the PHS football team and is the current Head Golf Coach for Perry High School.
Coach Rodgers has been married to his wife Cally Rodgers for 3 years. They are the proud parents of their two year old daughter, Everleigh.
